Beluga Hunting noble bitters are produced
in the center of Siberia by masters blenders
keeping the secret of making Beluga vodka.
While creating the new product, Beluga masters got inspiration from
the wild nature of Siberia and hunting lifestyle. Beluga Noble
Russian bitters have got a traditional decoration
element: a small Beluga fish that is manually
attached to each bottle. This is
a symbol of Beluga family
and a sign of the highest
quality of the
product.
The harmonious Beluga Hunting Berry
blend includes cranberry, red whortleberry, ashberry,
bilberry, cinnamon, anise, hip and lime-blossom.
Each of the carefully selected and
hand-picked plants is known for
its unique features.
Purest
artesian water and malt
spirit together with citrus
infusion based on lime and orange peel
mixture result in soft and rich
taste of the bitter having 38%
alcohol by volume.
The inimitable
taste of Beluga Hunting is created
thanks to carefully selected natural ingredients
and unique production technologies. Malt spirit and artesian
water guarantee soft and harmonious composition. Beluga Hunting
Herbal blend includes wormwood, anise, oak-bark,
St.-John's wort, cedar nuts, pine buds, cherry-tree
leaves, hop, ginger
and coriander.
Masters blenders
selected the plants accentuating
each others flavor which resulted
in refined and savoury taste of the
bitter having 40 % alcohol
by volume.
Beluga Hunting Herbal and Beluga Hunting Berry
bitters can be enjoyed ice-cold, on the
rocks or in cocktails.
Beluga Hunting production process is
quite complicated. Beluga masters manually
select herbs and berries, control thoroughly all stages
of production processes. The same artesian water and malt spirit
that are used for Beluga vodka are among Beluga Hunting components.
Production includes double maceration.
The plants are selected and macerated separately in small groups
thus getting each aroma accentuated. On the next stage
masters mix the infusions in carefully defined order
and proportion creating a complicated blend.
This is followed by cryoprocessing
and filtration of the liquid
resulting in a balanced,
smooth and refined
taste.
